Question: How long do I have to wait for my order to be shipped?

Answer: Please allow 3 to 5 working days to process orders. Then your shipping method will be utilized." Shipping times vary depending on the item purchased and the method chosen by you the customer. We offer Ground, 2nd Day and Next Day. Orders placed using Next Day that are placed on Fridays will be processed the following Monday.

Question: How are International Orders Processed?

Answer: We ship worldwide and welcome orders from anywhere in the world. Currently, we use Federal Express for all International Orders. International shipping costs will be calculated by Customer Service, who will contact you via email, for your approval. Once your approval is received by Customer Service we will begin processing your order.

Question: What if I am shipped the wrong order or my order was damaged in shipping?
